  1. DRINK ENOUGH WATER: strange or funny you might think but it is great at shrinking fat. Regular water intake can perform wonders when it comes to losing weight, it has an excellent role to perform in controlling the excess calories and it also helps in body cleansing
  2. STOP EATING LATE NIGHT MEALS: late night meals is a major issue when it comes to losing that excess fat and it is one serious culprit that needs to be eradicated. Since your body will not be able to digest the food well, it get stored as fat and increases your risk of gaining that extra. Make it a healthy habit not to eat anything once it is7pm safe water or vegetables.
  3. SNACK ON FRUITS AND VEGETABLES: say no to junks, fruits and vegetables will not only help in shrinking the fats but also help your skin to glow.
