300L student wins parliamentary seat

John Paul Mwirigi, a 23-year-old student beats rival Joseph Mwereia to win Igembe South Parliamentary seat in Kenyan.

Mwirigi is a 300L student, his campaign was financed by his school students and supporters

On holidays, he worked as a boda boda rider in Maua town. He aspired for the post as an independent candidate, while his rival contested on a Jubilee Party ticket.
