4 Homemade Recipes to Remove Acne and Moisturize Your Face
Everyone would love to be able to go to an esthetics clinic to do a moisturizing and exfoliation on the face whenever needed, right? However, it is not always that we have the budget and time available for this.

If you are one of those people who love doing a SPA in your home with products that you have in your kitchen then you will love these four masks that are quite easy to make.

Now, check the list of ingredients, go to the pharmacy (or the market) to buy what is missing, call your friends and make a day of beauty for you to feel even more beautiful!

It is worth remembering that if you have any type of irritation or if your skin is very dry, it is more appropriate to seek a dermatologist for a face-to-face assessment of your case, okay?

1. To control acidity and remove acne
If you suffer from a very acidic skin and tend to have pimples, this is the ideal mask to soften these problems. This blend has a gentle exfoliating effect, helping to remove impurities and dead cells.

The recipe just asks you to mix 3 tablespoons of oats and 1 tablespoon of honey until you make a pastry. Then apply on the forehead, chin, cheekbones and nose, which are the areas that need the most exfoliation, always making circular movements.

Let the mask work for 20 minutes and remove with water. To make less mess, you can apply the product at bath time.

Exfoliate the skin too much can end up causing irritations and even increase the oil production in a rebound effect, so it is recommended to apply this mask once every 15 days.

2. Dilated pores
If you are uncomfortable with dilated poles and your face is full of markers, note the tip of this mask. You will need only 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of boricated water, which you find in the pharmacy.

Mix the ingredients until a gelatinous paste is applied and apply all over the face, caprichando in the regions in which you have more dilated pores. Leave on for 15 minutes and rinse. After the application, you will feel a slight sensation of “pulling” on the face.

3. Normal Skin Mask
Normal skin also needs care to stay beautiful and healthy, especially in the cold season. When low temperatures, sharp winds and hot baths detract from natural hydration.

To give a boost to the hydration of your skin, you will need 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt and 1 tablespoon of oats – but not to make a snack! Simply spread on the face, wait 15 minutes and rinse with water.

4. Hydration Power
One of the most recognized plastic surgeons in the world, have indicated this mask you. Try and understand more about it.

To make at home, you will need 1 tablespoon of Hypoglossus, 1 tablespoon of Bepantol, 10 drops of Aderogil (vitamin A and D) and 1 ampoule of vitamin E.

Mix everything and apply to the face, especially in the face. Region under the eyes if you want to soften the dark circles under the eyes.

You can let the mask work for 15 minutes or, if you prefer, you can even sleep with it – in this case, it is good to use a more crisp bedding because the mask is a bit greasy.

To remove the mask, the tip is to remove the excess first with a paper towel and only then go to the water and soap proper to the face.

Lastly, remember to apply sunscreen daily, even in the winter, to prevent premature aging and serious diseases like skin cancer.
