4 Signs of Drinking Too Much
After a hard days job and you want to relax, how do you do that? Is it by engaging in drinking all evenings that makes you enjoy the evening? Well, if yes is your answer, then you may need to reduce the drinking habit. What signs are there that you drink too much?
1. I just need a drink to relax
When the above statement is always made, then you may need to stop the drinking habit. If you get t a point whereby you just need to have a drink, then there is something wrong as it where with you. You probably have been taking too much.
2. I need to feel the buzz
When that statement is made, then you have reached capacity of stupor and then need to stop. You must have felt the buzz already before you need to feel more buzz.
There are levels of dependency when it comes to drinking, but wen taken to far, a level of freedom can lead to slavery or free doom.
3. I drink most days
What is average level of drinking for a lady and man? According to research, a man is not expected to have more than 4 drinks per day or a total of 14 per week, and women should also not exceed more than 3 drinks a day or a total of 7 per week.
When this is overly done, then you will be damaging your health. For those who enjoy taking wine, they are expected to have at least two-thirds of a 125 ml glass should suffice.
4. I prefer to drink alone
When you drink alone, then the tendency that you will carry on too much is really far. When you drink alone, the addiction level is more, as no one control you at all.
