A plate of fried potatoes or plantain may improve your mood temporarily but to achieve long term, happiness is sometimes few food sources can provide.

Therefore before you take your next meal, take a look at 5 fruits or vegetables that can make you HAPPY!

  1. Beans: 

Beans, as a great source of protein, is also a vegetable that has considerable benefits when it comes to bringing balance to your system. A study by the Department of Agriculture, Beans are loaded with iron, a mineral that boosts your mood and your energy levels.
