1. Make right choices
When it comes to eating well and looking fresh, it is very important for you to be in control of what you eat and how you eat it. When you do, even as a freshman, then you will stay healthy all day. Make sure that you don’t skip breakfast, and dinner.
This may require that you take in just one banana which will make you stay balanced. Ensure that you get the right dosage of fruits, vegetables and food your body requires so as to keep fit health wise.
2. Sleep well
Did you just hear me say “sleep well”? Yes. It has been observed that when you refuse to get enough hours of sleep at night then you will be prone to having some health deficiency. The brain will not be able to assimilate more and will become redundant.
Towards that end, it is advisable to arrange your schedule to fit in, so that you can read during the day, and sleep at night.
3. Get some medications
It is normal for a viral disease to break out in school. But when you are well immunized, you will able to stand resistant when this occurs.
So, get to see your doctor once every three months and keep clean from any form of disease.
4. Take a lot of fluid.
It has been observed that when you are busy, then you will not be able to eat or have a healthy lifestyle. But water should be the major influence and health cleanser. Avoid soda drinks, as they do more harm than good.
5. Be active
After leaving home for school, it has been observed that several people change their lifestyle and become either not interested in the activities at home, or too engrossed with their academic pursuit. When you keep active with what is going on in the environment, then you can be able to keep healthy.
