5 Signs Of A Panic Attack
Panic attacks are very debilitating when they do not have even more serious consequences. This is a very serious matter that deserves our attention. What may trigger this?

1. Past experience
The life of all of us always implies certain risks. We may be robbed, we may be involved in an accident, we may have to face marital separation, we may have some serious illness, etc. This we all know that can happen, however, if any of these or other similar paralyze you, cause tremors, shortness of breath, heart mixer, disproportionate fear, you are changed, and with a tendency to have a panic attack.

Panic attack usually lasts for about 10 to 20 minutes. It is very rare, but can extend for up to more than an hour or two.

5. Sweating a lot
Having chills, weakness, tingling in the hands, feeling of helplessness, tingling in parts of the body, feeling “jumping” nerves, nausea and even blood pressure changes.

Other symptoms are tingling in the feet, hands and even the face, numbness, vomiting and other malaise may also be signs of tendency or even symptoms of a panic attack.

Panic attack comes with a feeling of what has happened in the past. If you had it in the past, then visit your doctor.
