5 Signs Of A Panic Attack
Panic attacks are very debilitating when they do not have even more serious consequences. This is a very serious matter that deserves our attention. What may trigger this?
1. Past experience
The life of all of us always implies certain risks. We may be robbed, we may be involved in an accident, we may have to face marital separation, we may have some serious illness, etc. This we all know that can happen, however, if any of these or other similar paralyze you, cause tremors, shortness of breath, heart mixer, disproportionate fear, you are changed, and with a tendency to have a panic attack.
2. Afraid of a new attack and die
“These experiences – fear of having a new attack and i die recur frequently, and even a single attack per month can characterize the disorder. It is not because you had a panic attack only once in your life that you are considered a carrier of the disorder.
3. Sudden fear of having a heart attack
We are referring to certain “signs and tendencies,” but the symptoms actually blend with the panic attack itself, such as having a feeling of suffocation, swaying legs, dizziness and the feeling that the environment you are in is dangerous.
4. Agony for something.
Again, it is important to insist on a check-up, to rule out heart problems or other serious illnesses. If you do not have heart problems, chest pains and agony may be signs of panic attacks. Panic attack usually lasts for about 10 to 20 minutes. It is very rare, but can extend for up to more than an hour or two.
5. Sweating a lot
Having chills, weakness, tingling in the hands, feeling of helplessness, tingling in parts of the body, feeling “jumping” nerves, nausea and even blood pressure changes.
Other symptoms are tingling in the feet, hands and even the face, numbness, vomiting and other malaise may also be signs of tendency or even symptoms of a panic attack.
