According to the information gathered at this time, Fakoya Amos, 40, had filed a divorce suit against his photographer wife Bukola, over issues bordering on child paternity, infidelity and troublemaking.
The respondent, Bukola, 30, denied the allegations but admitted that she had an affair with another man, which resulted in pregnancy.
Presiding over the hearing, court President, Mrs Funmi Adeola, charged that the aggrieved couple to maintain peace.
During the hearing, Adeola had ruled that a DNA test should be performed to confirm the paternity of the child.
She ordered Bukola to stop bearing the man’s name and return her child to the owner after a DNA test revealed the true father.
