Philomena, the mother of the girl explained extensively in her petition how her daughter got into Alhaji’s web trying to get a scholarship for her university education and how she was allegedly killed at Alhaji’s residence at Ibro quarters, old Karmo village FCT. She also mentioned how Alhaji Usman lied about being the Father of the girl to the hospital authority to embalm her dead body.
In her petition, Philomena also exposed how some police officers connived with Alhaji to close the case and settle her and the father of the girl with some amounts of money.
