America’s first daughter Ivanka Trump welcomes two Chibok Girls

Ivanka Trump, first daughter of the American president, Donald Trump officially welcomed two Chibok girls.

The former model who now serves as an executive vice president of the Trump Organization, expressed her sincere humility on her Instagram handle after saying, she is honoured to have the two Chibok girls identified as Lydia and Joy.

Ivanka seems so inspired by the story of the two girls while in captivity and their courage in the face of adversity while in the hands of the Boko Haram insurgents.

Ivanka wrote on her Instagram timeline:

Honored to have welcomed Joy and Lydia, two incredible young women from Chibok, Nigeria to the White House last week. They shared with me their remarkable journey in overcoming tremendous adversity, and I am in awe of their courage and heart. I look forward to watching them flourish as they begin a new chapter at Southeastern University this fall. Joy and Lydia, I am so proud of you both! Thank you for inspiring us with your story.
