Alec Bohm, a third baseman for the Philadelphia Phillies, has filed a shocking lawsuit against his own parents, accusing them of siphoning millions of dollars from his earnings.

According to court filings, Bohm alleges that his parents, Daniel and Lisa Bohm, set up multiple limited liability companies (LLCs) in 2019 to manage his baseball income and investments.
He claims the arrangement was presented as a structure to protect his finances while allowing him full ownership and access.

However, the baseball star now alleges that large sums were transferred from his personal accounts into these entities and later used for his parents’ personal expenses.
The lawsuit further claims that funds linked to his foundation were also misused.
Bohm is seeking at least $3 million in damages, full control of the accounts, and a complete financial audit to track the movement of his money.
In response, his parents have denied all allegations, insisting they acted in his best interests and describing the claims as false and deeply hurtful.
