* Police in Zambia, arrested a man for allegedly sexually abusing his biological daughters, aged 4 and 7.
* 20-year-old elder sister, prompted by their mother, checked on them, discovered wounds and discharge.
* Kafue Council Chairperson and child activist Dr. Buumba Malambo note the elder sister was also a past victim of the same father.
After a heated marital dispute, a mother left her two young daughters, aged 4 and 7, in the care of their biological father for a full month in the Kabweza community in Zambia's Kafue District.

She later asked her 20-year-old married elder daughter, living nearby, to check on the little ones.
Upon arrival, the elder sister found her siblings dirty, withdrawn, and hiding under a tree. While bathing them, the terrified girls complained of pain in their private parts.
She discovered healed and fresh wounds, fresh discharge, and what appeared to be sperm, leading the children to reveal their father had been sexually abusing them every day, morning, afternoon, and night, since the day their mother left. He sometimes abused them together and forced them into unspeakable acts.
The elder sister believed them instantly, as she herself had endured the same abuse from their father years earlier, suffering lost pregnancies after confiding in her mother only to be scolded and beaten. She explained that the father abused the younger girls even in front of their mother, who was severely beaten when she tried to intervene and eventually fled, leaving the children behind.
A nurse at Kabweza Clinic alerted authorities after the elder sister brought the girls for medical help.
Police swiftly arrested the father that afternoon through a combined effort, and the traumatized children were retrieved to safe homes.
Kafue Council Chairperson Dr. Buumba Malambo, a dedicated child activist, shared the heartbreaking details on her social media handle. 'Biological Father??? This afternoon, was absolutely heartbreaking, I was alerted by a nurse at Kabweza Clinic of two girls aged 4 and 7 years old brought in by their elder sister aged 20 years,' she posted.
Police have confirmed the arrest, with the suspect charged with incest and held in custody pending court appearance, as reported in local updates and outlets like Linda Ikeji's Blog.
Authorities stressed the need for vigilance and urged anyone suspecting child abuse to report immediately to protect the vulnerable.
