The incident which attracted many residents of Jakande Estate, Isolo, Lagos where the incident happened, was greeted with shock and surprise.According to reports, the man, who was trying to strangle the woman was sent from Sapele. An eyewitness in the crowd who narrated all that transpired said the man who tried to kill the shop owner in her shop is a killer from Sapele, Delta state.
The woman has been rushed to the hospital while Policemen were noticed at the scene

He was said to have come into the woman’s shop and strangled her with a rope but the noise and screaming of the woman saved her as residents who heard the woman shouting rushed to rescue her.
