It is an understatement to say Borno State in North East, Nigeria is the worst hit by the activities of the deadly terrorist group, Boko Haram but the State is gradually rising from the Ashes of Boko Haram Destruction to a new beginning. According to Gov Shettima, “this is one of our modest effort in the field of Reconstruction, Rehabilitation and Resettlement.”
