“Biscuit” is a term used for a variety of primarily flour-based baked food products. In America, it is called cookies. The English dictionary does not seem to recognise any such bone in any animal as “Biscuit bone.” But Wikipedia used “biscuit bone” once in an article compiled about Nigerian delicacies.
On the other hand, “Brisket” is a cut of meat from the breast or lower chest of beef or veal. The beef brisket is one of the nine beef primal cuts, though the precise definition of the cut differs internationally.
But then, the English dictions recognises “Brisket Bone” as an English phrase. Some websites like

A brisket bone isn’t a bone at all. It’s cartilage and connects the two sides of the chest. So if you have a look at the picture you can see that it doesn’t look very hard and it isn’t. The brisket bone is a fatty bone.
To explain further, you remember that kind of soft bones you throw away for your dogs to enjoy? That’s what English call brisket bones.
