You might be wondering what birthmarks are doing in your body. Different countries and communities have different beliefs and meaning to birthmarks. These belief and meaning are basically in the colours of the birthmarks.
Birthmarks can also be referred to as a beauty spot or a beauty mark.
According to myths, birthmarks are associated with the events of past life while according to scientific proof it occurs due to excess melanin production during birth.
Birthmarks come in different colours. The common colour includes, red, white, pink, black, purple, light blue and brown and tan. Some birthmarks may have more that one of the colours mentioned.
Birthmarks consist of two Vascular birthmarks and Pigmented birthmarks, vascular birthmarks are formed due to increased blood vessels in the affected area while pigmented birthmarks are formed due to excess skin pigmentation cells in the affected area.
In many communities, there are different meanings attached to birthmarks. In some traditional settings, their beliefs are based on myths and superstition.
It is believed that the position of any birthmarks in the body, determined its meaning.
Birthmarks on the stomach:
A birthmark on the stomach reveals a satisfied personality, someone who is content with what he/she have in life and would like to live in peace and harmony.
Birthmark on the back of the head:
Birthmark on the head or scalp signifies weakness. if you are a woman you will be naïve. There is a tendency that your spouse will take advantage of that and exploit you socially and economically.
Birthmark on the right side of the head:
The position of this birthmark signifies you will go into politics and be very successful. It means that you will enjoy considerable prestige that will make you popular and famous.
Birthmark near your mouth:
This birthmark talks about your outspoken nature, it means you are going to be straightforward and blunt.
Birthmark on the Left Cheek:
