In the game that ended 2-0, the 2017/2018 champions could not convert any of their 14 shots to go through the goal post 0f the Home side team.

Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante who gave Chelsea the first goal at the last minute of first half spoke with BBC after the Match.

“It’s a good feeling. I think they are the best team in England. We did well and had to stick together to get the win.

“Sometimes, I have chances in this position to score. I reacted, got there and had a shot and I’m happy to score. Two years ago it was two goals against [Manchester] United, I keep working and have tried to give my best this season.

“It was important to react after the defeat on Wednesday. We did it the right way and we need to continue like this in the next games.”

David Luiz, however, sealed the game for the blues as he heads in from the corner in the 78th minute of second half.
