A couple, Dennis Carver his wife, Lorraine who survived the Las Vegas mass shooting that occurred at Route 91 Harvest music festival have died in a car crash two weeks after.

The couple was among the people who didn’t lose their lives when Stephen Paddock opened fire and killed at least 58, injuring more than hundreds of revelers.

They escaped the death by running for their lives but sadly two weeks after their Mercedes smashed into a metal gate and brick pillars outside their community in Riverside, California.
According to California Highway Patrol, The car which crashed less than a mile from their home went up in flames afterwards and it took about one hour to calm the blaze.
The couple, Dennis who is 52 years old and his wife, Lora, 53 died in the car crash and left two children behind, Madison and Brooke.
Their youngest daughter, 16-year-old Madison Carver, speaking to Las Vegas Review-Journal said she heard the crash from her bedroom. She recognized her family‘s vehicle in flames when she ran outside and down the street to find out what had happened.
Madison added: “We’ve found some peace in knowing that our parents just loved each other so much that they had to go at the same time,” she told the newspaper. “They couldn’t live without each other.”
The children confirmed that the shooting on the 1st of October brought their parents more closely.
Their first child, 20-year-old Brooke said her father called her three days after the shooting and he said: “You think I should get roses or different flowers for your mom?”
Brooke added: “He just wanted to give my mom a reason to smile after the shooting. I swear they were more in love those two weeks than the last 20 years.”
