Family of the late special adviser to Governor Ambode of Lagos, Deji Tinubu’ family, has revealed the final burial arrangement for the deceased who slumped and died on the evening of January 25, 2018 during a novelty match held in Epe, Lagos.
An announcement made by the family of the late former Chairman of Lagos State Sports Commission, late Deji Tinubu says that a service of songs will be held at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, (City of David) Victoria Island on January 29 by 5pm.

Following the order and according to the announcement lying-in-state will follow at (9:30 am) while the funeral service will also be held at the same venue, RCCG, City of David , Victoria Island, Lagos on Tuesday, January 30.
The interment follows afterwards at Vaults and Gardens, Ikoyi, Lagos.

Tinubu during his time was known for his enthusiastic spirit of sportsmanship and his ever craving desire to promote football in Lagos and in Nigeria the best way he can muster.
The last position late Deji Tinubu held was the Special Adviser on Commerce, Industry and Cooperative to Governor Akinwunmi Ambode.
Late Deji Tinubu is survived by an aged mother, Bintu Tinubu, and wife, Yemisi.
