If You Desire Twins As Children, This Is How To Get It
Twins are wonderful babies, from their birth until when they start growing up, they display special but unique attributes. This is why many desire to have them. If you are one of those who desires to give birth to twins; this is how you can go about it:
There are two types of twins; which are identical and non-identical. The identical twins are formed from one egg that splits into two and they share the same placenta, Non-identical are produced from different eggs with different placentas.
Non-identical also called fraternal twins are formed when two separate sperms fertilize two different eggs. This type of twins is more common in births than identical or non-fraternal twins.
A woman has the chance of giving birth to twins when her ovary produces more than one egg in a month and this happens mostly in older women because before menopause more eggs are released by the ovary.
This means as you grow older, it becomes possible to have twin babies.
Family history and genetics can also help in having twins. This genetics can only be from the woman’s family because she is responsible for producing the eggs that will be fertilized to form the babies.
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) can also help in twin pregnancy. This process stimulates the ovaries to assist more than one ovarian follicle a month to maturity which leads to the production of more than one egg.
If you are in Nigeria and you desire to have twins, you can visit the twin capital of the world in Nigeria located at Igbo-Ora community in Oyo State. Go there, live with them and eat their food also.
Some studies have shown that taking folic acid before getting pregnant can improve your chance of having twins as it stimulates your ovaries to release more than one egg a month. Bigger weights and height have proven to be another way of increasing the chance of having twins.
Another study shows taking dairy products or breastfeeding your baby until the next pregnancy can also increase your chance of having twins.
