Director-general protocols to Niger State Governor Is Dead

Alhaji Haruna Vatsa, the director-general protocol to Niger state Governor has passed on after a brief illness on Tuesday afternoon in Kaduna.
The late Niger state official is the first son of Late Major-General Mamman Vatsa who was a Senior Nigerian Army Officer a writer, and a member of the Supreme Council executed by the government of Major General Ibrahim Babangida on the 5th of March 1986 after a military tribunal that sentenced him to death for treason.
The news about the death of Alhaji Haruna Vatsa was announced by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Niger state, Malam Jibrin Ndace through a statement to the Press in Minna on Tuesday 4th of July.
Alhaji Haruna Vatsa is survived by his wife, four children, and a sister. His remains will be buried on Wednesday, 5th July at Waterworks, Malali, Kaduna state.
