The President of Timi David ministry, Pastor Timi David revealed that the major cause of divorce in marriages is the hardness of heart.

The pastor revealed this in an interview with dailyfamily.ng, He said this has been the issue right from the time of Moses as Jesus pointed it out to the accusers of the adulterous woman in the bible.
The Pastor who has been in the Ministry of Married and Singles since his school days mentioned that lack of understanding also lead to divorce.
Pastor Timi David said not studying and abiding by the word of God makes the heart of people hardened, he pointed this out as the major cause of hardness of the heart.
He said the only thing that can take away or melt the hardness of heart is the word of God, he compared the heart to a candle wax that when it is cold, it becomes hard but as soon as fire is introduced, it melts.
Pastor Timi David concluded by saying couples and every believer must always go to the word of God so it can have a place in their hearts.
