In the previous article “The Currency of Love (Part One)” we read about Sex; as an erroneous Currency of Love. Yes! It is an erroneous Currency of Love for any Pre-Marital affair (Dating and Courtship). But it is one the vital currencies of love that couples must use in their day-to-day Marital affairs.
Sex in marriage goes beyond the normal sexual intercourse between couples. It encompasses all that would make your marriage romantic; kissing, cuddling, romance, foreplay, tickling, affection etc. some women do not really want sex all the time, but they like to play kit and kin with their man. They want you to steal a kiss on them unannounced, cuddle them like a baby, pamper them like a child and romance them even without leading to intercourse. so, you man! Don’t be too spiritual to be romantic! Juice up your marriage with all manner of sexual advances towards your woman. It is one of the currencies that would make you have a good deal with your spouse in your marriage.

Trust is another currency. Be a trustworthy man or woman. Many marriages are in shambles today because distrust has set. Let your ways be straight and pure. Let him/her be able to vouch for you when you are not around.
Build up trust in your marriage through communication. This is yet another currency that many couples find difficult to use. Many couples find it had to communicate their ways, ideas, aspiration, plans, projections etc to their spouse. This creates a missing link (loss of trust) in your marriage because he/she does not understand you due to the fact that you have failed in your communication with him/her

This takes us to Understanding; as another invaluable currency of love. Many spouses only know facts about their spouses but they do not understand the mystery behind such fact. Some husband would say “I don’t like the fact that my wife is not outgoing. I just don’t understand why she is like that” perhaps she wasn’t brought up that way, and if you try to change her to become outgoing, you may stand the chance of losing her to another man. Try and understand your spouse and do not force him/her to change some certain things, because you may not be able to handle the aftermath of such changes. Rather, if you spot some gray spot in him/her, clean it up cautiously and prayerfully.

Commitment is another wonderful currency of love. God instituted marriage and used love as the driving force to remain committed to each other. You must be resolute and remain committed to paying the price of whatever comes your marital way.
