#FamilyKitchen: How to Prepare Delicious Corn Cake (Abari)
Corn cake popularly known as Abari with the Yorubas and Ukpu Oka for the Igbos is a delicious meal that gives a totally different taste of corn.

Ingredients:
Fresh corn
Pepper (Tatashe/Sombo)
Onions
Smoked Mackerel or any type of Fresh Fish
Crayfish
Prawns
Vegetable oil
Procedure for preparation:
*If the corn is still attached to the cob, remove from the cob with a knife
*Wash and blend the corn until it becomes puree form
*Blend pepper, onions and crayfish or prawns together and add to the paste
*Add your smoked mackerel or any fish you want to use
*Add vegetable oil
*Pour in your moin moin leaves little by little or make use of any other container you have
*Put on heat till it is fully done.
Your corn cake is ready and you can enjoy it whichever way you prefer.
