Nigerian Veteran Musician, Ambassador Osayomore Joseph has been reportedly kidnapped by unknown gunmen who left his wife also with gunshot wounds.
Ambassador Joseph was kidnapped at his residence at Orovie village, Upper Ekenhuan road, Benin City, the Edo State capital on the night of Tuesday, the 3rd of October, 2017.

According to P.M news, the wife of the musician whose name is still unknown was shot in the head by the gunmen when they carried out the operation around 10 pm Tuesday night.
Confirming the kidnap, Edo State Police Command Spokesman, DSP Moses Nkombe Osayomore, said police received the report at about 11 pm.
He assured that security operatives had been sent to hot spots across the State and he said the police would do its best make sure he is released.
