Pastor Obanure’s beloved wife, Pastor Yemi Obanure have said after the death of her husband who was an assistant to Pastor E.A Adeboye that he did not inform her he was going to die now.
It was revealed by one of the Assistant General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Ayo Akinloye at the funeral service in honor of the Late Pastor David Oluwole Kofoworola Obanure that the late pastor shared a deep and beautiful relationship with his wife.
The minister said the wife of the deceased said seven days before her husband’s death, he told her to get a new phone for herself at Slot. He said she met the house that day well-arranged which was different from the way she left it; she mentioned that it was a sign of her husband’s intending departure that she didn’t notice.
After the death of the man of God, his wife with pain in her heart desired to see her husband for explanations on the reason he didn’t inform her it was time for him to die. It was mentioned during the funeral that she saw her husband in the dream who with smiles told her that his present location is better which was why he couldn’t stay behind.
The family of Late Pastor Oluwole Obanure announced during the funeral that a foundation will be inaugurated in honor of the great Man of God who died as a great soldier of the Lord.
