1 cup honey

4 carrots (medium)

Method of preparation
Pass the carrot through the centrifuge and add this juice to the honey. Take over low heat until thickened, then store in a fully capped glass container. Take 1 scoop of this syrup 3 to 4 times a day.

2. Homemade dried cough syrup with scent leaf
Another good homemade syrup for a dry cough is the honey with oregano because it has antitussive properties that help soothe the cough.

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon scent leaf

Method of preparation
Mix the ingredients in a glass container and heat for a few moments in the microwave. When it is warm, take the syrup to follow. One should take this syrup 2 to 3 times a day.

Caution: As they are honey-based they should not be given to children under 3 years of age due to the risk of botulism, which is a serious infection.
