Ibadan poly set to re-open on January 8- School authority

Polytechnic Ibadan: NO to non-payment of salary- NASU frown at government-dailyfamily.ng

The authorities of the Polytechnic, Ibadan, on Saturday, said that the institution will reopen on January 8 for the 2017 / 18 academic Session.

According to the registrar, Mr. Hezekiah Fehintola, academic activities will commence on Monday, 15 the January for both freshmen and old students.

The registrar urged candidates who had been offered admission to log on to the institution ’s website to pay the acceptance fee.
He also asked old students to log on to the Website for details on registration and other activities.

It could be recalled that the institution was shut down on 2nd of November 2017 after the academic staff union of the institution embarked on an indefinite strike over non -payment of salaries and other benefits by the state government.
