Kitchen: how to make Whole Wheat Honey Bread

Whole wheat bread gives you important nutrients that are better than the white bread that is gotten from the wheat grain itself. Whole wheat bread contains brand that contributes to the high fiber content it has. The fiber contributes to a healthy heart. It also has protein, carbohydrates, vitamin E, folate and Omega 3 Fatty acids.

This is how to make Whole Wheat Honey Bread:

. Ingredients to serve 4:

· 1 1/8 cups purified water

· 3 cups whole wheat flour

· 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt

· 1/3 cup honey

· 1 1/2 tablespoons oil (olive, grapeseed, etc.)

· 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

To make:

· Pour the purified water, honey, sea salt, oil in the bread pan

· Add the whole wheat flour and the yeast.

· On your bread-making machine, Select whole wheat setting and press start.

After the process, your bread is done. You can enjoy it with any beverage of your choice.
