A man who impersonates as Oluremi Tinubu’s Personal assistant has been arrested.
The suspect identified as Maxwell Olusegun Adegbenro was said to be a specialist in duping ladies online by disguising as the Personal Assistant (P A) to Senator Oluremi Tinubu.
His arrest was made in Lagos by Steven Goodwill at his (the suspect’s) residence in Surulere area of Lagos state on Wednesday.
In the latest update on this story just reaching us, Steven Adedamola Goodwill who arrested the suspect further stated on his Facebook timeline that;
Some guys are just saying rubbish because they don’t know the genesis of the matter, imagine a guy who involved me and used my name in duping people around and I’m on the verge of being dismissed as a Police Officer, now that I apprehended him and handed him over to the appropriate authority and he made a confessional statement that he committed the offence levelled against him, you now come on facebook writing jargons………..
I was detained for 4days inside the cell based on what I know nothing about……
It was God and the help of Ambassador Wale Ojo Lanre’s intervention before I was released and was given two weeks ultimatum to get him or I pay a huge amount worth N500,000. Imagine!!
I give no hoot on whatever you say about me!!!
