Man Rescued from Heavy Flood in Suleja
A man, resident in Suleja, has been rescued by Local divers.He was rescued in the early hours of Sunday after being caught up in a flood water.
In the same report, it was gathered that at least ten residents of Suleja, Niger State are missing and some feared dead due to the heavy downpour and flood that started on Sunday.
Nearly all houses in Suleja were affected by the heavy rainfall which fell continuously till about 9:30 am on Sunday morning.
Some buildings were said to have collapsed during the heavy downpour, resulting in the death of some residents while many sustained different degrees of injuries.
Residents who tried to leave their submerged homes for safety were swept away by the flood.
Meanwhile, the same effect of the rainfall was very massive in Lekki Lagos after several cars were moved from their original position and submerged in water.
