Nigerian musician, Banky Wellington who got married to Adesuwa late 2017 wrote about the reason they had an elaborate wedding.

Banky W’s response came after many allegations from Nigerians accusing him of an earlier claim that he was not a fan of elaborate weddings.
The music artiste wrote that the elaborate wedding they had was neither his wish nor that of his wife’s but because their families were involved as Marriage is not just the joining of two people.
