Popular Television broadcaster, Emmanuel Chinenye Ugolee, is finally in America for a kidney transplant after 5 years of dialysis, a failed transplant, several procedures and millions of Naira spent.

Ugalee is the anchor of “The Gist” program on HitTV show. He was on an Atlanta bound Delta airline flight on Monday, August 21st and then proceeded to Baltimore in Maryland where he has since been admitted into the University of Maryland Medical Centre.

It would be recalled that Mr Ugolee enjoyed public support in an attempt to raise the required sum of $100,000.00 for the procedure in the recent past.

Though there is no telling how long it would be for the final renal operation to take place as Emmanuel Ugolee currently suffers from venous stenosis and is highly sensitized from anti bodies, it is hoped that the ongoing assessments and treatment would get him back on his feet soon.

Mr. Ugolee was phenomenal with his contribution to the growth of the Nigerian music industry. Many wish him a speedy recovery.
