by Family Center

An American Prison inmate’s touching experience with an absentee father and how he gave in to smoking with men older than him has been reproduced into a book and a movie you need to see and read.

The convict, Joseph said while he was 14 year old he alongside his brothers will go to a park where they both found some older guys about, 20 -21 year old.

He further said these guys will stop them, calling him and his brothers to join them in smoking weed. They obliged to the call and became a smoker at a tender age.

Joseph further added that he looked up to these guys because his father was not around.

The story further followed a story-line of people, other prisoners who had similar experience of loosing their father due to divorce, suicide, sudden death and disinterest.

However the message of forgiveness was further preached, calling on affected people to leave their past and rather be a better parent to their children.
