Some Reasons Why Men Cheat On Their wives

It is the dream of every woman to have her husband makes love to her alone. Not only for a week, a month or even a year but for a lifetime. It is, however, sad that many Christian women are not enjoying this. Some men are unfaithful to their spouses and engage in sexual immorality. These men are to be blamed for their moral laxity, but it should also be noted that many wives also have a lot to do in order to have their husbands to themselves for life.
A question was raised during a program; Men Convention. In that survey, men were asked to give reasons while some men sleep around while their wives are still available to them. The following reasons were given:

– Sexual denial
– Lack of sexual creativity
– Dirtiness
– Hatred of sex by their wives
– Temptation from house girls, their wives’ friends, and other women
– Wrong notions about sex by their wives
– Lack of sexual fulfillment.
– Pornography
– Dead spiritual life.
These and much more are the reasons men gave for infidelity. Adultery is a killer. It destroys not only the souls of men and women but their bodies as well. Anybody involved in adultery is carrying hot coals on his chest.
‘Can a man take fire in his bosom and his clothes not be burned? Can one go on hot coals, and his feet not be burned? So he that goeth into his neighbor’s wife: whosoever toucheth her shall not be innocent. But whoso committeth adultery with a woman lacketh understanding; he that doeth it destroyeth his own soul.’ Prov.6:27-29,32.
‘Drink waters out of thine own cistern, and running waters out of thine own well. Let thy fountains be dispersed abroad, and rivers of waters in the streets. Let them be only thine own, and not strangers’ with thee. Let thy fountain be blessed: and rejoice with the wife of thy youth. Let her be as the loving hind and pleasant roe: let her breasts satisfy thee at all at all times, and be thou ravished always with her love.’ Prov.5:16-15-19.
