Belly fat can be very embarrassing for women; not only fat ones but the thin ones have it too. It affects so many things like the kind of dress to wear, The type of fat that gather up in the belly is called visceral fat because it is hidden. How to reduce belly fat in women

Too much of belly fat contributes to ill health, visceral fat produces stress hormones and inflammatory substances that affect the body’s production of insulin, this can lead to type 2 diabetes. It can also cause high blood pressure, heart diseases, colon cancer, breast cancer and dementia.

There are four major ways to take care of belly fats:
Exercise: Visceral fats can be reduced through the aerobic exercise like swimming, running, and riding bicycles. Anything you do that increase the rate of heartbeat is very good in reducing belly fat. Studies have shown that jogging at least 12 miles a week will shrink belly fat. You can jog for about 20 minutes daily and 4 times a week.

Diet: Another way to deal with belly fat is taking the right diet. Here are some kinds of food you can eat to melt belly fat, it includes, Fish which is rich in omega3 that contains protein which can bring the full feeling fast. You can also eat foods rich in fibers.

Sleep: good sleep can help reduce belly fat, at least 6 to 7 hours sleep will reduce visceral fats. Sleep might not take out all the fats but it helps in reducing it.

Stress reduction: Everyone goes through stress but how we handle it matters a lot. Try to relax with friends and family and also do a bit of meditating and games playing.
