Roger Federer beat Croatian Marin Cilic 6-3 6-1 6-4 to win this year’s Wimbledon final.

Federer,35 dominated the game in all the three sets.He deliberately avoids playing at Clay Season and French Open in order to reserve his energy for Wimbledon and it worked out.

He had some kind words for his opponent, Cilic: “It’s cruel sometimes but [Marin] fought well and he’s a hero. Congrats on a wonderful tournament”.

Roger  Federer has now increased his Grand Slam trophies to 19 and holds a record number of titles at SW10 in England.
