Today is the birthday of Yoruba film legend, Alhaji Abdulsalam Sanyaolu, popularly referred to as Charles Olumo with the stage name “Agbako”
Agbako who was born on 19th February 1925 clocks 94 years today
He started his career in a church in his native town before hitting the mainstream. He was known for his radical and rascally mode of acting which earned him a cliche as a villain in his early days of acting.

Agbako who is the only surviving actor of his age starred with the likes of Hubert Ogunde, Duro Ladipo, Baba Sala, Oyin Adejobi.
