See the List of Highest paid Nigeria Players on NPFL Table

by Israel Akintunji

I have been asking myself what the living standard of players in the Nigerian league will be, considering their folks in the top English and European leagues going home weekly with thousands of Euro

Nigeria on the other side get paid monthly just like the civil servants with an infinitesimally small amount of money. It’s funny to know that the monthly take-home of the highest paid player is less than the average weekly payment in England

Below we have a list of highest paid Nigeria players.

1. Godwin Obaje – ₦1,000,000

Obaje plays for FC Ifeanyi Ubah FC. He is referred to as the best scorer. Last season he was able to score a lot of goals.

He has attempted international transfer severally but failed to make it

2. Muhammad Gambo – ₦850, 000

Muhammad Gambo plays for Kano Pillars F.C in the Nigeria Premier League and the Nigeria national team.
