The former Royal Chef of the Queen revealed that despite the changes in this recent time in the world, the preferences of the Queen have not changed much.

Here is how the daily routine for the Queen’s meal is like:

The Queen of England begins her day with a pot of freshly-brewed Earl Grey tea with no sugar and some biscuits.

2. Breakfast that includes fruit

The Queen’s typical breakfast mostly includes fruit and cereal. She usually likes to treat herself with toast made with jam or marmalade and, on very special occasions, she takes scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and some truffles.

Queen Elizabeth is known for having a cocktail before lunch. Cocktails like gin and Dubonnet that contains plenty of ice and a slice of lemon.

4. Meals without starch for lunch and dinner

Her Majesty loves to eat meat from local farms for dinner. Her favourite is a Gaelic steak, served with a sauce of mushroom, cream, and whiskey.

She also loves a Sunday roast, and occasionally eats lamb, roast beef, mutton, or grouse. Whichever type of meat it is, it must be served well-done. After the main dish, she loves to have strawberries or peaches, grown in her greenhouses at Windsor Castle.
