See What Folorunsho Alakija Said About Continuous Learning
One of Africa’s Richest Women, Folorunsho Alakija, has shared the importance of learning continuously on her Instagram page.
Folorunsho Alakija, who is a successful Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Business magnate, wrote that it is important to continue learning and applying new skills.
Here is what she wrote:
“Albert Einstein (The Father of Modern Physics) said, “Once you stop learning you start dying”. There’s no way to truly master any craft without always looking for ways to improve; learning and applying new skills is the ultimate self-improvement. When we stop trying to better ourselves and learn new things, we essentially stop striving for our goals.
To maximise your life, you must educate and keep retraining yourself, because if you say education is expensive, try ignorance.
Seek out information about your goals from books, mentors and online among others.
When you open a book, keep your mind open, observant and ready to learn.
Margaret Fuller- an American journalist and women’s rights advocate once said, “Today a reader, tomorrow a leader.”
