See What Former Governor Gbenga Daniel’s Son Says About His Disability
Debola Daniel, the son of the former Governor of Ogun State, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, who is confined to a wheel chair has revealed what he had to struggle with because of his disability.

Debola Daniel shared that the first thing he had to do was to learn to love himself as he grew up disabled. He shared that a person knows his or her worth by accepting him/herself.

Here is what he wrote on his Instagram page:
“Growing up disabled, the first thing I’ve had to learn is how to love myself. The most important lesson I learnt is that you aren’t everyone’s cup of tea. Not everyone is going to like or accept you. Knowing your worth starts from you accepting yourself with all your flaws. Yes I have limitations but I have my strengths. Some days, self love is a challenge but I choose daily to focus on my strengths and not people’s perceptions of my weakness.”
