The baby miraculously survived after he was probably dumped there by his mother for two days.
According to South Africa Metro, the new baby survived the bitter cold by a stroke of luck as he was found by an officer dumped in the bushes with his umbilical cord still attached.
The incident occurred last night at lower Albersville, Port Shepstone, South Africa.
The baby was rushed to the hospital where he is currently receiving treatment.
