A CCTV footage which has surfaced on the internet revealed a man who was running after a moving train
The man who kept the baby on a seat on the train was seen leaving the train to smoke cigarette.
As at the time the train was about to move, another passenger knocked on the window of the train to call the attention of the man.

But just like the five foolish virgins, the door had closed before the man could enter the train.
RTA officials stated that a passenger alerted the train operator about the baby before it reached the next station.
The train driver was said to have reversed to the station to unite the child with the father,
