A cleric, Rev. Maxwell Onyia, has enjoined Christians to emulate the exemplary life of integrity demonstrated by Jesus Christ while on earth.
Onyia, who gave the advice on Sunday while delivering a homily at Anglican Church of Ascension, Enugu, said that Jesus Christ shunned the life-style of cheat, fraud and other social vices.
The title of the homily was: “Life of Integrity: The Master’s Life-Style.’’
The cleric said that all Christians should shun life-style of cheat, fraud and always keep to agreements and partnership.
“A Christian should not do or act in a manner that will put his trust and integrity to question.
“Jesus calls us to integrity, which means we are to be true to our words as a testimony to our faith in Him.

“Everything we do as children of God must be show integrity, truthfulness and honesty as we are representing him, who is living in us,’’ he said.
According to him, in practice, integrity produces honour, truth and reliability.
“This is essential in developing deeper relationship and confidence with God and fellow man.
“It is all about living truthful and sincere life,’’ Onyia said.
The cleric, however, prayed for the spirit of truth and integrity to be impacted on the leadership of the Church and political office holders across the country.
