It was just some few days ago when some 20 persons were killed in an attack by some suspected herdsmen in Guma and Logo local government areas of Benue state between Monday and Tuesday this week and now a a fresh attack on Saturday, January 6, has left no fewer than six persons dead.

Reports gathered this hour reveals that the this recent attac too place at a settlement called Tse-Kimbir in Logo local government area of Benue state.

A community member who told newsmen from the Nation disclosed that the herdsmen, were armed with AK 47 rifles, stormed their homes very early in the morning.

He further noted that the assailants robbed from house to house, before gunning down six people.

Those killed in the attack were identified as Kwaghve Baaki, Terhemen Kwaghve, Ioryue Tsehemba,Zahemen Tsavkuleve, Ahemba Shaku and a visitor who reportedly came from Nongov, in Guma local government area of the state.
