Take A Deep Cleansing With This Home-Made Anti-Waste Shampoo
When we feel our hair is heavy and in need of that cleansing power , it’s time to turn to anti-waste shampoos, which wash the hair and the scalp deeply.
The problem is that, along with the dirt, pollution and excess oil, these shampoos end up also taking away the natural hydration of our wires, causing the hair to be all dry and armed.

How to prepare your homemade anti-rust shampoo
You will need a transparent shampoo (which acts as the vehicle for our blend), baking soda (deep cleansing agent), thermal water (moisturizing and shine) and saline (moisturizing and fighting frizz). Write down the quantities:
300 ml of clear shampoo
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon of own thermal water for hair
1 tbsp of saline solution.
After separating all the ingredients, simply follow the step by step according to the tips of the hair care specialist youtuber:
1. Put 300 ml of clear shampoo in a container
2. Add the tablespoon of baking soda
3. Add the thermal water
4. Add the saline solution
5. Mix everything until all ingredients dissolve
6. Apply to the hair and wash them by rubbing the scalp
The ideal is to use this anti-waste shampoo every 15 days or once a month. It should not be used at all washes because, as its pH is too high, it may dry out its wires by removing all natural oils.
To get an even better result, wash the hair with this shampoo before doing a deep hydration or a hair reconstruction, as it will leave the cuticles open and ready to receive the products. The tip is to always use this shampoo (and any other anti-waste shampoo) in moderation.
