A teenage girl became inconsolable when she returned back home in Plateau State from her boarding school only to return home to meet the tragic news that her father had been killed.

The teenager, Chap who was told she could not return home after she got back from her school, was taken to the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camp where she met her family.

She broke down in tears after hearing the news that her community was attacked by suspected herdsmen and her father was massacred and burnt to death.

However, Chap whose sad story was shared on Facebook by the Panafricanyoungwomen Development Initiatives who met her at the IDP camp has been joined to other members of her family at the Heipang IDP camp in Plateau State.
