Looking at this topic, one can say it is an aberration but it as well poses a lot of question in one’s mind. Why a normal thinking lady will opt for paying her own bride price with her hard earned money when the guy is the one that wants to marry her or is it groom price she’s paying.

Just like the case of ladies seen recently going down on their knees to propose to a guy they feel they are in love with. Can we say it civilization or love gone wrong? You are about to find answer to these questions as we look at things that might make a lady foot wedding bills

Desperation as that word sounds is a terrible disease that is very subtle and you see people use another mild word for it. To make it sound mild, they say that it is just a way of taking charge on time when what you want is not forthcoming. One key thing that will make a lady pay for her bride price is desperation.

 She just wants the wedding now and so doesn’t care if the guy cannot afford what it requires to marry her.

When some ladies see that all her mates are already married, they can do anything to have the prefix ‘MRS’ added to their names. There is something I always tell ladies whenever I have the privilege, there is nothing like all your mates are married; never look at another man’s timing to run your own life.

You will eventually miss it and get it wrong if you do that. That all your mates are married isn’t a passport for you to think the next thing for you is marriage.

Some people because of the pressure from families and friends they can do anything to be married. Never allow pressure from any quarter make you do the wrong thing and lose your respect and dignity

A lot of ladies see age as the barrier and that is why you hear ‘my biological clock is ticking.’ Why not throw away that biological clock and use God clock which places reality over emotion.

On a final note, it will be great to state here that this article is not to encourage ladies to push everything to the guy but in a situation where you know you must come in to save the situation, you have to.

There may be reasons that will warrant you doing things during your wedding preparation which people normally think the man should do but because you know your man and you know it is high time you came in to salvage the situation; you must do it. After all, you will soon become one and have to be doing things together.

This must be done without anybody knowing, it should be between the two of you and trust me the guy will love and appreciate you for it.
