Tinubu - I have forgiven Osinbajo

In a public statement, Tinubu denied having a son by the name of “Osinbajo.”

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has been forgiven, according to Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, who is running for president of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

When speaking to some Osinbajo-supporting political organisations in Kano during the APC presidential primary, Tinubu is reported to have said this.

A man who asks for God’s forgiveness must also be willing to forgive others, according to Tinubu, who explained why he felt forced to pardon Osinbajo.

Tinubu emphasised that he would cooperate with everyone and claimed he had nothing against the vice president.

Osinbajo and BAT have been collaborating: According to Tinubu, he spoke with Osinbajo at the ministerial retreat as well as after the primaries when he visited him at home.

He said: I have nothing against him. I have been to his House after the primaries. I have seen him on the day of the goodwill message to the retreat organised by the president.

“And a man who forgives, man who asks for forgiveness from Allah fully deserves forgiveness. If you cannot give forgiveness, how are you asking from Allah? To me, it is over.”

Alwan Hassan, the coordinator of the Drone Marshall Support Group, pleaded with him to cooperate with Osinbajo and the other candidates who opposed him in the primaries on June 8th.

What had taken place: In politics, the relationship between BAT and Osinbajo was well recognised as being one of godfathers and godsons.

After Osinbajo, Tinubu’s godson announced his presidential ambition, the relationship became irreparably damaged. In a public statement, Tinubu denied having a son by the name of “Osinbajo.”
